Kristina Todorova is an award-winning transformational coach, intuitive business and leadership mentor, and the Founder & CEO of The Co-created Hub.
With over a decade of experience in people and business development, her work is shaped by both corporate L&D expertise and her own journey as a two-time founder, navigating the realities, challenges, and demands of building and leading businesses.
Through her experience, she recognised the need for a more holistic, conscious, and collaborative approach to growth - one that supports leaders and founders not just in execution, but in how they think, feel, and operate at every level.
Kristina dedicates time to coaching and mentoring others live, through her own channel inside the Hub, focusing on topics such as self-mastery, holistic high performance, and conscious leadership.

With a background in Reiki and NLP and a no-nonsense approach, Mouna creates safe, supportive spaces for reflection, sustainable growth, and mindful living - helping people restore peace and thrive in both life and work. She studied Media and Communications, later specialising in Fashion Journalism, a foundation that has shaped her editorial approach and her deep understanding of narrative within the world of luxury craftsmanship. Her monthly live sessions offers a focused discussion on how craftsmanship work is communicated, positioned and understood today.
The conversations centres on practical insight, cultural context and thoughtful reflection rather than trends.
