How do we deliver our Accelerators?
While our main base is in London, we work with both local and international companies, delivering the programmes virtually or on-site at clients’ premises in London. The programmes will soon expand to the Middle East, with Dubai as a key base.

Meet Kristina
Kristina Todorova,
Intuitive Business and Leadership Mentor
Born and raised in a small village in the Bulgarian countryside, Kristina began her People Development career journey, taking an internship opportunity with Accor Hotels New Zealand during her placement year, while studying Hospitality Management at the University of Surrey in England. Straight after University, Kristina joined The Savoy Hotel London, through a graduate scheme in leadership development, to deepen her understanding of Human Resources and Learning and Development.
What followed was leaving the Hospitality world to pursue a career as a corporate trainer and coach, and launching her first business, a coaching company, in 2017. In 2021, she also launched a digital coaching platform that was recognised as "Digital Coaching Platform of the Year" in 2023.
In 2023, Kristina experienced severe burnout, running her coaching practice, digital platform, and working as an L&D Department Head in a fast-growth scaleup, and took a career break. What she describes as "her second dark night of the soul" - a period of deep depression, anxiety and questioning the meaning of success, inspired her to keep the educational blog (previously a part of her digital coaching platform), rebrand the platform, and start a private community for entrepreneurs, where they would connect and collaborate in a safe space. This is how the Co-created Hub was born in the summer of 2023.Â
In the summer of 2024, after losing her father, also an entrepreneur, to a mental health-related heart attack, Kristina chose to return to the nurturing People & Development field, reigniting her passion for working with teams and larger organisations. At the same time, she moved away from the invite-only model of her private community and restructured how it operated.
The Hub opened its doors not only to founders but also to professionals, introducing complimentary access passes and a monthly membership, costing less than ÂŁ1 a day. This shift was driven by the aspiration to make the growth experiences and resources within the community more accessible and inclusive.
In the autumn of 2025, as part of Kristina's vision to expand the platform and support more people and businesses worldwide to connect, grow and thrive together, the Hub became what it is today - a media-for-good platform and network that grows people and businesses of all sizes, reaching hundreds of thousands of people globally.Â
Today, Kristina splits her time between acting as a CEO and Editor-In-Chief at the Hub and running the Accelerator programmes (a true passion of hers).
A highly intuitive by birth, and with more than a decade of experience in strategic business, leadership and people development, Kristina brings the worlds of consciousness, wellness, personal growth, leadership and business into a holistic blend that is the common success factor in all her work with early-stage and large organisations.
She is also the host of Kristina's Channel where she dedicates time to give back and mentors others every week on topics such as Conscious Self-Growth, Self-Leadership, Holistic High Performance and Business.
